Health Adventure seminars integrate philosophical thought with scientific opinion, to allow all participants to discover their own strategies for success. The preferred delivery format is quite interactive including tasks to complete during the seminar and brain-storming group discussions. Each presentation utilises a combination of both participant driven “mind-mapping” on a whiteboard with a simple key-point slide presentation. After the seminar all participants can access online material which outlines the key messages of this inspiring session.
