Are you looking to work one-on-one with a highly experienced Sports Physiotherapist and Fitness Coach to achieve your unique high-performance goals?
High Performance Training offers you the 'complete package' combining all our key services (bespoke education, musculoskeletal screening, sports physiotherapy and personal coaching) to allow you to explore your full athletic potential.
Your individual training (and treatment) program will be designed to maximise your full-body strength and athletic conditioning. We adapt specific training methods and techniques (utilised by elite athletes) to help take your physical performance to the next level. We are committed to developing a 'fitness partnership' and working together to help you achieve your personal best.
  • Improve your strength and stability (muscle and bone health) – achieved through functional training aimed at developing muscular strength and movement stability in multiple planes of motion.
  • Improve your aerobic condition (heart and lung health) – achieved through cardio training aimed at both aerobic efficiency and peak aerobic capacity.
  • Improve your mobility / flexibility (muscle and joint health) – achieved through mobility training aimed at keeping your muscles and joints as supple as possible.
  • Improve your energy and vitality (cellular health) – achieved through committing to regular physical activity and making time to move more and move well everyday.
  • Improve your speed and power – achieved through carefully structured progressive training techniques.
  • Recover well – achieved through embracing the most effective recovery techniques.
  • Avoid injury – achieved through precise coaching of very safe training techniques, plus adapting a tailored exercise program to suit your individual needs.

Fees

High-Performace Training is typically offered as a minimum of 6 one-on-one sessions. All sessions are designed and delivered by Wayne Rodgers (Senior Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist + Functional Strength & Conditioning Coach).
6 x Extended Consultations ( 50 - 60 minutes ) Pay as you go : $270 per session
Pay in Advance (save 35%) : $175 per session ( Total Investment = $1050 )
