Health Adventure Personal Fitness Coaching allows you to work one-on-one with a fitness industry expert to establish a tailored training plan and gain the knowledge and skills required to reach your health and well-being goals.
You are invited to come onboard as one of our valued personal fitness coaching clients.
Our face-to-face personal fitness coaching services are designed to assist you in developing an achievable training plan. You will learn how to fully embrace exercise diversity and safely perform the most effective resistance training exercises in your preferred training space (in a gym or at home). The aim is to achieve fantastic physical performance results, plus great long-term health and wellbeing. We will assist you in creating and maintaining a strong, toned, energised body which moves with ease, efficiency and control.
Semi-personal coaching for groups of up to four is also an option - so you can share the investment in your health with friends.
We also offer online fitness coaching as an option for those unable to make it to one of our live training locations.
Getting Started With Fitness Coaching
To commence fitness coaching you will need to commit to a minimum initial 90 minute session. This coaching session can be delivered as a stand alone workshop or as the first stage of a much more comprehensive 12-week training program.
Fitness coaching is a very different service to mainstream personal training. With personal training you are commonly reliant on the trainer to take you through each session for an indefinite period of months or years. With Fitness Coaching, you will be undergoing customised coaching and exercise education to learn how to train safely, efficiently and ultimately independently. This is a short course in learning how to exercise correctly to ensure lasting great results. If you feel you would like an extended period of guidance and supervision, you are still welcome to train regularly under our care for many months (or years) if this is your preference.
All workouts that you will learn will be fully supported with access to high quality handouts and online HD videos - to remind you of all the exercises you have performed.

Fitness Coaching is typically offered as a minimum of 6 one-on-one sessions. All sessions are designed and delivered by Wayne Rodgers (Senior Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist + Functional Strength & Conditioning Coach).
